During his early postdoctoral years, Marcus specialised in cell isolation and transplantation for islets of Langerhans and liver cells in both animal and human settings. In 2011, he shifted his focus to nutrition, joining PM-International as a Senior Researcher in nutritional supplements. In this role, he coordinates the company's global scientific collaborations.
