By signing this acknowledgment of risk and waiver of liability, I declare that I will not participate in the 5K run or walk unless I am medically fit to do so on the day of the activity and that in any case my participation in the run is entirely at my own risk. To the extent permitted by law, no person(s) or organisation(s) will be held responsible for any accident, injury, or damage claim costs/expenses or loss to my person prior to, during, or after this run or walk at the Active Nutrition Summit on the morning of Tuesday, 24 June, 2025.
I acknowledge and understand that the organisers reserve the right to alter the arrangements and conditions of the 5K run or walk should circumstances require.
